How can i make attached file visible to only logged-in users

  1. Please go to “Knowledge Base > New Knowledge Base”.
  2. You will see “Attached Files” right below “Header Image” section.
  3. Check “Allow attached files access to only login users”, to make file visible to only logged-in user.

Please don’t forget to provide “Login Message”, after you checked “Allow attached files access to only login users”.
